Two UM articles listed as 2020 'must reads'

Updated: May 12, 2022

Two articles authored by members of the UM programme have been named 'must read'. The final session at the 2021 European Association of Urology (EAU) Section of Oncological Urology (ESOU) Virtual Annual Meeting in January included a 'must-read papers of 2020' session presented by Dr Riccardo Campi, with papers selected based on originality, quality, clinical implications, and research implications. One such paper was 'Essential Research Priorities in Renal Cancer: a Modified Delphi Consensus Statement' in European Urology Focus 6, by UM team member Sabrina Rossi and team lead Grant Stewart (with Christopher Blick, Catherine Handforth and Janet E. Brown). Another was 'The Impact of Histological Subtype on the Incidence, Timing and Patterns of Recurrence in Patients with Real Cell Carcinoma After Surgery - Results from RECUR Consortium', in European Urology Oncology, co-authored by UM lead Grant Stewart.

Congratulations to Sabrina Rossi and Grant Stewart!
